The Mongolia Australian Scholarships Program (MASP) is a funding facility under the Australian development assistance program to Mongolia and managed by Coffey International Development Pty Limited. MASP provides for the provision of Australian Development Scholarships (ADS). Candidates for these scholarships require a level of English language competency to gain access to university programs in Australia.
MASP requires the services of an organisation that can provide a program of English language training in-Mongolia for ADS applicants and English language testing services. The English language training involves the development and conduct of three English language courses each of 12 weeks duration for two classes from November to August. The two classes are each of 20 students with three courses covering Advanced English (Course 1), English for Academic Purposes (Course 2), and English for Academic Purposes/IELTS Preparation (Course 3). The service is for two years with the first program commencing in November 2009 until August 2010, and the second from November 2010 to August 2011.
